parkrun
- Lots of our Club members take part in local parkruns every Saturday morning, either running or volunteering. The Club has a strong association with Barry Island parkrun, and more recently Cosmeston Lakes parkrun where Lyn Evans (our Treasurer and Race Director) is the Event Director.
- Many members volunteer as Run Directors, marshals and finish officials. The other regular destinations for us in Cardiff are Blackweir and Grangemoor, but some of us enjoy travelling further afield as 'parkrun tourists'.
