2024 CHARITY RUNNER Debbie's Marathon journey
Debbie's Training
The above Strava screenshot shows Debbie's longest run to date...25.5km (nearly 16 miles) run in just over 3 hours on 20th March 2024. She was accompanied by her 'coach' and fellow Penarth and Dinas Runner, Simon Williamson. He thinks Debbie is definitely 'on track' to finish the London Marathon strongly and well within her previous marathon best time of 5 hours, 31 minutes.
